5. Data Retention

  • Employers remain responsible for payroll records and employment data they submit to Milarn.

  • Milarn processes this data solely to provide earned wage access services and does not use it for unrelated purposes.

Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to third-party websites or integrate with payroll/payment systems. Their privacy practices are separate and not covered by this policy.

If you access our Services outside of Nigeria, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection standards. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
